B&D Supplements was created within the Strength & Spices family to develop focused, clean formulas for specific wellness needs. Led by the same founders — Dr Mohammed Anabtawi (PhD, Chemical Engineering; Advanced Nutritionist) and Hadeel Anabtawi — we use real herbs, seeds and spices with no synthetic fillers. Every product is vegan and made in the UK in ISO 22000 and HACCP-certified facilities, with transparency and quality at the heart of everything we do.

B&D gives us a dedicated space to build specialist ranges and offer clearer guidance, while keeping the same standards, supply chain, and customer care you know from Strength & Spices.
